Hier mal ein etwas unvorteilhaftes Bild von mir bei dem zu sehen ist wie dünn ich eigentlich bin 😅😂 wenn man einen Durchschnittlichen verbrauch von 2600 kcal am tag hat selbst wenn man nicht trainiert ist es echt schwer zuzunehmen und da meine liebe Mutter @fit_inked_granny mir ihre Kilos nicht abgeben will obwohl sie sie loswerden will ist das Wunsch gewicht von 80 kg noch in weiter Ferne 😂😂😂

What is motivation? For me, it s an inner state and desire that stimulates and sustains energy, makes us take action and directs our behavior towards  accomplishing a goal. The past week, I got asked twice at the gym how I stay motivated and how I have the mindset I do. To be honest, I have generally a positive mindset and outlook on life and working out is something I absolutely love and enjoy doing. I ve never had the feeling that it is a necessity or obligation, it s simply part of my daily routine which I look forward to every day. Working out always improves my mood, keeps my energy levels high and puts me in a positive state of mind. It gives me the opportunity to keep improving, to keep my mind focused and my body and heart happy. Being dedicated towards becoming my best self and to see that I make progress is so rewarding. When looking for motivation, it helps a lot to set a goal first and constantly remind yourself of the reasons why you have started and why achieving your goal is so important to you. Make it part of your daily life, stay optimistic and see it as a chance to make progress rather than a chore. Motivation is something that should come from within and if you truly believe that taking action will lead you closer to your desired goal, you will enjoy your journey even if you ll face difficulties, which we all do at some point. I know this was long one, but I hope it helps at least one person today, happy Monday!! ♡
