Telling people to NOT stress about their weight is a HUGE challenge coz  of a deceiving number on a scale .👉👉A scale can’t tell you if your clothes fit better, it can’t tell you if your body fat percentage has changed, and it definitely won’t tell you that you’re looking any better. . . Two people could both weigh 60kgs ( and here I have my own pics for reference 😊) but one might have 27% body fat, while the other might have 14% body fat. To the scale they are both the same. . . ANYBODY can lose weight. . You just don’t eat. ...do 2- 3 hours of cardio and BOOM..... but unfortunately, the weight you lose will be BOTH 👉muscle and fat. . . Now on the other hand, . 🥗Sugestão de almoço: . 🥒Lentilhas (pode substituir por feijão). 🥕Arroz integral refolgado com brócolis (pode substituir por arroz normal, porém o enriqueça refolgando com cenoura e adicionando uma fibra, como a linhaça). 🍅Frango grelhado (pode substituir por outra proteína, inclusive cozida, porém sem o molho). 🌶Legumes no vapor, use o que tem em casa. 🥝Sobremesa: Kiwi (pode ser substituído por laranja, Tangerina - vão ajudar na absorção do ferro). 👍🏻Bom aperite! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
