PLEASE READ⤵️ It’s been a long time coming. I remember when I use to look at the 120lbs dumbbell and hope that one day I would throw them up now I’m throwing up 130s. It took some time but the process was enjoyable. It doesn’t stop here, the greed for progression continues as I got my eyes on the the 140s. It’s just a matter of time but I’m ok with that, patience is virtue 👊🏾 .
