Just sitting here at the airport to go home feeling ALL the feels! I met the most incredible people these last four days and I feel with EVERY ounce of my being that life will NEVER be the same. I am the same person but BETTER. I am fully ME and not afraid. I have felt what I am capable of. I sat next to @fleurdefitbyjess day one and we instantly became friends having never met before this event. Over the course of the next 4 days we would laugh, cry, hug, scream, and dance together. We helped each other discover what’s been holding us back, faced our fears and our past hardships, and with brutal honestly and love pushed each other to break through and break the patterns that have been getting in the way of being our true, freaking amazing, BADASS selves! Even after completing 50+ hours of seminar in 4 days, I am leaving feeling light, fresh, rejuvenated, and READY. I am ME. Finally. And I’m here to STAY. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

this is my favorite room because it s so quiet and at night time it s all mine ☺️ I think it s so important to have time to yourself to just think about what YOU want, who you want to be, and how you want to make a difference in this world. I m the kind of person who always wants to prove myself and push myself as much as I can, and lately I ve been working on what will make me happy by helping others rather than what will give me the most money. It takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle. I don’t know how accurate 21 days and 90 days are in terms of creating a habit and lifestyle respectively. But I do agree that you definitely need consistency and time to create it. I often hear sayings like, “from now on, I will change this and that…”, but come the week after, they’re back to their former self. Not forgetting a few weeks, they repeat the same cycle again. These are typical cases where years later, they’re still the same old self. Creating a good habit/lifestyle can be beneficial in terms of being more hardworking in his/her work, be more health conscious in their diet, or simply relationship building with your loved ones. Take the effort, time and CONSISTENCY to build it up to be part of your lifestyle. Or else, as time moves by, you might not be moving at all.
