Kettle Bell RDLs (Roman deadlifts) are great for working the Glute and hamstrings. This lift adds dynamic flexibility in your hamstrings and low back. While lifting a higher rep number the back can arch and weight can be distributed to the toes causing you to lose your line of travel (up and down; near shin line) forcing the lower back to stress. Ways to help make sure the hips hinge is pushed back, weight stays distributed on heels and the line of travel stays correct is to add a resistance exercise band around the waist while preforming the exercise.(sorry didn t like my workout face 🤣🤣🤣)
