In this post i want to share with you things 10 things I want to do in 2018: 1️⃣. be in peace with myself and never let anything disturb my inner happiness and harmony⭐️ Feel confident and self centered! I believe confidence is a key to so much, and thru confidence you can gain control over your life!☝️ 2️⃣Create more - consume less. Find my way to minimalistic and untoxic way of living. Declutter my life, and understand that stuff do not make us happy.☝️🌸 3️⃣Socialize more, leave my comfort zone wnd maintaint healthy relationships with likeminded people 😊☺️and get inspired. 👭👫👬 4. Be grateful and never forget that happiness comes from gratefulness not other way around!🌸🍀 exercise more gratitude and compassion! I remember this quote, that says "its our emotions - specificallu, gratitude, compassion and an authenic sense of pride- that push us to behave in ways to show self-control☝️❤️🌸 Journaling my gratitude log every day would be a good exercise! 5️⃣Self care❤️prioritize myself, my body and soul! And take care more of myself. Follow daily habits to progress, maintain my happiness. ☺️setting specific times just for myself 6️⃣Become a morning person and learn how to wake up early and enjoy being productive in the mornings🍀☀️☺️🌸 7️⃣Run 10k. I dont know how I am going to do it, if at most I can run 1k on a trendmill. 🏃 despite running being my weakness part i want to work towards my goal and hopefully it will help me be strong mentally and physically as well 💪🏻! 8️⃣Manifest more positivity into my life. I believe in law of attraction, and everything I attracted this year make a lot of sense to me. So i want to think more positive and learn to control my 💭 9️⃣Keep learning portuguese🇧🇷. Thats been my passion for the past year and I want to keep exploring Brazilian culture and If God allows travel to 🇧🇷 Brazil😍. 🔟Read 10 books in 2018. I already made a list and I will share it in the next post if anybody is interested☺️ 📚 🌸there are some things I wish to accomplish this year🌸

I have been following one amazing inspirational woman on instagram who easily filled up my mornings with joy and gratitude! She started this beautiful journey to remind us people to be grateful for each and every day and never take for granted our lives😊💜 So I started asking myself what I am grateful for every morning and this activity brought so many warm feelings to my heart! ❤️ that i want to share with all of you! Join me in this journey and do an experiment for a week: 💕start your every morning with writing 3 things what you are grateful for or share it with me 💕you can make gratitude journal or write it down on stickers - so it will visually remind you what you should grateful for😊 Какое-то время я перестала выкладывать фотографии в инстаграмме. Я пыталась найти более глубокую причину для постов моих фотографий. И в этот период моей низкой инстаграм-активности, я наткнулась на одну замечательную девушку с очень большем сердцем и сильным желанием быть полезной! День за днем она начала выкладывать за что она благодарна в своей жизни и таким образом разбудила неблагодарного человека (меня)! Своими постами о благодарности она помогла мне полюбить свою жизнь так сильно, что счастью нет придела! Так вот, я бы хотела призвать своих друзей присоединиться ко мне и сделать маленьким эксперимент! 💕Каждое утро начинаем с трех вещей которыми вы дорожите / вы благодарны в своей жизни! 💕Я предлагаю записывать их в блокноте, или на стикерах - чтобы визуально напоминались вам, или присылать мне! 💕Продолжительность: 1 неделя или сколько душа пожелает!
