Presentation makes all the difference! This is a coconut water and banana shake. Add a nice cup and some fruits for decoration and this plain shake becomes so much more enjoyable! Try to do this with your meals once and a while, take them out of the plastic tub put them on a plate!

First time in Cancun in 2012 TO Today. For those who aren’t good with numbers it’s 6 years apart lol.
I’ve gained about 13lbs of muscle in 6 years 😭 slow and steady wins the race lol ? Nah I could care less because I’m working my ass off every single day to put some lean muscle mass on my 6’6 frame which is no easy task!! I’ll take what I can get. #transformationtuesday #cancun
