Oh well😟 seems like I'm stuck at 27.5kg on my squats... Thanks to @markaharvey 's advice, I'm using box squats for a while do get used to proper depth. Last week I squatted with AND without the box, but today I chose to just do this. Did 1x8 @ 27.5kg, 1x5 @ 30kg (just tried), then went back down at 27.5kg for 4x10,10,8,8. ---
Things that I feel need improvement:
▫core stability, strength & proper bracing (I end up breathless most of the time)
▫stable tempo throughout the set
▫finally finding the optimal stance for me
💪I really want to step up my non-existent squat game! I need this!

87.5kg triple #BoxSquats with a 5 second pause. Previous triple PB was 75kg, it’s good to see the numbers creeping up. .
This is my last set (4th) and it was untidy on the last two reps - my #arse definitely creeped up without my chest and my form went a little to shit - really not happy about that. It may have been because I was shifting my torso back when I actually got on the bench - which again really shouldn’t have happened - but has anyone ever tried bracing for a full 5 seconds on a box with 80% load on your back?!?! I WAS KNACKERED 😷
But bright side at least I can twerk with 87.5kg on my back 😂😂🤦🏼♀️
