Wow. So I knew yesterday when I was going over 4,000 steps that I’d really pay for it. But I kept going. Stupid. Lol 😆 just shy of 8,000 steps on my phone 📱🤪😳🤯 No wonder I can’t function this morning !!! Going to throw everything down the hatch that I can to hopefully get some spark ⚡️ SO THANKFUL for greens, hydrate, and ionix!! I’ve got some meal prep to do for this coming week today 👍 I’ve figured out if I go much over 3,500 steps it’s a few days recovery. But I also spent about an hour and a half yesterday arvo out taking photos using a camera 📷 so it was all completely new so I have no doubt that is contributing too. Thankful I haven’t had a day like this in a while!!! Thankful that my steps are increasing up to that manageable level. Thankful for nutrition. Thankful for a rest day! Did someone say salt bath 🛀??

Today I didn't make it to the gym in the am like planned. But I forced myself to get to the gym. Had to do the 5...4...3....2....1... Technique... It's been awhile since I ran 6 miles:) Gotta make it to my goal this week. A few miles short but I'm closer! After not running for awhile I now remember the conditioning it takes to run 2...3...4...5... And more miles... #determined #missrunningfordays #💪💪

A little 🔖 weekend reminder, it feels like it's so easy to give myself a 40 hour when it comes to eating well... and I'm willing to bet I'm not alone... ⁉
Consistently reminding myself that I don't get to take the evenings and weekends off, because when I do the progress slows 😕
I mean, I can't be the only one who avoids certain foods all week to have them all on Saturday. Or after the kids are in bed... the 🍫 comes out and the 📺 turns on.
So thankful for my accountability group, the support and encouragement is what has gotten me to this point❗
