Maybe the most simple breakfast, but not less #delicious 😍🤤 . . RECIPE: - 100g Oats - 1 scoop of vegan organic vanilla meal powder @JP - 250ml almond milk - 100g soy vanilka yogurt @alpro - all kinds of nuts fruits and seeds . . 1. Put the oats with the milk, the yogurt, and the JP powder together mix it up and put in the fridge over night🌚 2. Next morning you can put it into a bowl & top with all your favorite things! 3. How do you deal with food cravings? - Comment below and like this post if your cravings get out of control sometimes! - Cravings happen and ignoring them might work sometimes but often it might lead to going nuts and eating like a walking dead survivor - Cravings pop up for many reasons - but please understand that it’s normal to have an occasional craving for something “bad” - While I recommend getting rid of high calorie junk foods in the house - the last thing you want to do is become a prisoner to your diet. If you want some chocolate here and there - by all means have a little chocolate. If you crave a slice or two of pizza once a week - enjoy a slice or two - Don’t hide from food or talk about food like it’s your ex - you know what I mean. You talk bad about them but you secretly want them haha - The real key is to schedule times for enjoying some treats and then getting immediately back on track. Listen to your body and see how you feel after you eat something you crave. If you feel like crap - maybe skip it next time. Feel good? Awesome - get back on plan - You’re human and craving a burger and fries is normal. What’s not normal? Eating everything you crave all the time. Or never eating anything you crave and being miserable - Be disciplined enough to enjoy some “junk” here and there but stick to the good food script most of the time - You can also pick up my boy @theflexibledietinglifestyle recipe book - which I’ll be buying for all my VIP clients in 2018 to help make healthier versions of everything you can think of - Personally I’ll be enjoying some Christmas cookies at Mom’s house in about a week.
