Excited to say I'm starting programing with my friend, and fellow primal member @vasserstrength. This dude is a plethora of knowledge and strong as hell! These next 3 weeks are hypertrophy specific with no belt, wraps, or 7mm sleeves. Today was 4x10 at 335lbs. Talk about cardio! Also had front squats, and other accessories. Ready to get back on that platform in June!

Nearly back to completing full workouts! Pec is fully functioning and hamstring is very close to being 100%. Feels good to be less broken 👍 today was DOUBLE bench day so it was a good test for the pec: Long Pause bench press 3 x 2 @ 150, t bar rows, seated row, speed work for back squat and then 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 on Bench Press at 130-150kg. Pec held out fine so happy days

So yeah new gym friend yayyy. Heavy deadlifts tomorrow not so yay. Preparing for the CNS fatigue 😄 5 weeks to comp now! Intensity is getting nice and juicy. -
