How can we become more beautiful?❓sadly, we focus on our exterior beauty. I know because I do it all of the time.. but I also know that I feel the most beautiful when I’m happy. Beauty truly can radiate from the inside out ✨ Think of the things that make you feel beautiful- maybe it’s working out, a facial, the glow of a tan, the perfect outfit, a fresh manicure.. Accounts for "modeling" are supposed to be streamlined to avoid personal details about one's life, but I've always gone against the grain so why stop now? Yesterday morning my great grandmother Betty passed away. I was rushing to see her and to be able to have the peace of mind to know that I got to say goodbye, but I didn't make it in time. This is the woman that pretty much raised me, and had the largest impact on my life. I'm flooded with the memories, and whimsical advice she would give. Despite knowing that being distraught goes against everything she would have wanted, I cannot control the motions of mourning. I don't know what I'm hoping to achieve with this post, but if you read this far I thank you. My posting is going to be a little light for a few days, but I am still here. I just need a little patience. ♡

📍If you’re trying to just maintain, put on size, cut down and get lean or add strength the days per week will vary.
Regardless of your goals, try to maintain at least 3 days of training a week. Otherwise, you most likely won’t see any results.
Make sure you’re getting plenty of rest on your rest and recovery days by getting a massage or doing something to decompress the body. .
