Yesterday, a truck pulled up to a shop on our street and it was filled with huge bags of corn meal. There were a couple of bakers waiting for it to be unloaded. Today I went in to watch the dough being fed onto a conveyer belt where it was then flattened into tortillas. The owner told me they make 500 kilos every day which is extraordinary and they were delicious, light and airy not too heavy.

Shot from the car at high tempo with the fastest shutter speed on my camera, I can’t complain how this photo turned out to be.
These windmill parks can be seen next to the highway 61 near Bornheim and Bonn in Germany. The threatening air combined with the fierce colour of the fields made the photo worth taking. I noticed that there were some reflections visible from the car windows in post-production but it’s a simple reminder that I still need to buy polarization filters for my camera. For now I’ve removed them as far as possible in Lightroom.
I hope you like the photo just as I do.
