Hey everyone happy Sunday! As of tomorrow I’m gonna be so locked in on everything I do from here on out because this vacation gave me a much needed rest! I have a new split I will be using this week for training! I’m gonna start hitting each muscle 2x per week from here on out! Id do this all within 5 days then I’d make the weekend cardio days with no weights! Seems worth giving it a shot, so I am! Excited to get better! #becomeunstoppable #trusttheprocess

My results from phase 1!🏋🏼♀️ I lost 3 inches off my waist, an inch off my hips and chest - gained a half inch on both my arms💪🏼 AND NOTHING changed on the scale... I gained about 30 lbs with my pregnancy and when starting this program, my goal was to get my “old” body back.. I now have new goals and they have nothing to do with weight💅🏽I’m feeling stronger and more confident than ever 🧠 even if I am technically at the heaviest I’ve ever been! The 76ers have 14 games remaining this season. Guess how many are against teams that have a winning record? 4. Hear that? 4. FOUR. The Sixers have 10 games against teams that have a losing record. They have beaten all 4 of the teams with a winning record at least once (Bucks Cavaliers Timberwolves Nuggets). Another advantage of this, All 4 are at home. The Sixers have lost at home twice since mid December, but one of those losses came in London, so basically they lost once at the Wells Fargo Center since December, and that game was a 3 point loss to Indiana. Here is the Sixers remaining schedule.

That schedule is so fucking easy. They are only 1.5 games behind Cleveland for the 3 seed in the East. The magic number to clinch a playoff berth is 6 I believe. They can win all of these games but the chances of that happening are very small. This team can be a 3 seed come playoff time. This should be a fun stretch to watch.

Best. Course. Ever. I wasn’t even close to a PR today but this was the most fun I’ve had in a race by far and maybe the time I’m most proud of. Tendinitis made me completely shut it down from Dec 18-Jan 31. I only started running again on Feb 1 and had to try to get ready in 6 weeks. 2 months ago I thought I wasn’t gonna run this at all. Went into today with really low expectations but felt good after the first 6 miles and finished strong to hit 1:58:02. I went out super conservative and could’ve ran better but I didn’t care. This new course was dope as hell. The Manhattan Bridge, the FDR and Times Square just give you so much energy if you’re from NY. Plus I had my mainest man Obie waiting for me after I finished. Tobacco Road races this morning. I was off from my goal time by a couple of minutes but that’s not the story. I felt great, strong, faster than I have in a couple years. Running felt pretty effortless to me (which also means I should have pushed a whee bit harder). Despite a porta potty pit stop ..when I was running , I was running. The speed is there and continuing to increase. Dialing in my nutrition and putting in the work is paying off. Consistency day in and day out is key. Shout out to my dear friend Amy for yet another Marathon finish. She’s been hitting some super high mileage for months now as she begins the taper for her BIG race. Beyond proud of her. For me it’s off for a brew, cheat meal and over this two week taper business. Today for the first time ever I meditated before my workout.
Honestly, I felt a whole different level of mind to muscle connection while I was lifting. The mind is the most powerful tool we have and there are boundaries that we don’t even know exist. In other words, we can push ourselves a lot more than most of us think. If you don’t believe me look up David Goggins. After thousands of failed attempts to get on a good solid path I think I am finally starting to find my way. Everything that has happened in the past is just a stepping stone for today and today will be a stepping stone for tomorrow. I am just starting my journey but over the past few days so many people have reached out to me and motivated me one way or another that it has inspired me to never give up. I will keep grinding until I can’t no more, for me, for my family, and for everyone that’s supporting. For those of you who haven’t found your way yet that’s fine just keep looking. I’m 19 but at times I felt so impatient and so lost that it is literally proof that I was just standing in my way. Nobody in this world can stop me, but myself. So get out of your own way and relax it’s all a part of the process. And remember to enjoy the journey because whatever happens great or horrific is meant to happen to teach you a lesson. I would recommend meditating to everyone no matter. Give it a try and let me know how you feel. “Long term consistency always trumps short term intensity.”
